- Customer: A person booking or purchasing services through Tripitoura.
Scope of Services
Tripitoura connects Vendors and Customers, facilitating bookings and purchases of travel-related services. We act as an intermediary and are not directly responsible for the provision of services offered by Vendors.
User Obligations
- Vendors must ensure their listings are accurate, lawful, and comply with all applicable regulations.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and for complying with the terms of the booked service.
Payments and Fees
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking and may include options such as credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other available methods.
- Customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
- Vendors agree to Tripitoura's commission rates and payment schedules.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable. In case of emergencies, please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
- Cancellations by Customers are subject to the refund policy stated for each service.
- Vendors must honor refund policies as specified in their listings.
Liability Disclaimer
Tripitoura is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during tours or activities and does not provide coverage for insurance claims.
- Tripitoura is not liable for disputes arising between Vendors and Customers.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of their services to the best of their ability. While insurance coverage may not be guaranteed, vendors are expected to provide a safe and reliable experience.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Tripitoura platform is the property of Tripitoura or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Privacy
Tripitoura handles personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Egyptian law.
Amendments
