2. Customer Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or service will receive a full refund.
  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
  • Emergency Cases: If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.

 

3. Vendor Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Vendors are required to comply with the refund policy specified in their listings.
  • In case a vendor cancels a booking, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

4. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Customers are responsible for any currency exchange differences or bank processing fees.
